We specialize in high quality exotic Asian goods such as apparel, accessories and decorative home products from various exotic countries within Asia. Our products also make excellent unique gifts for friends or relatives.

Customers’ satisfaction is our main priority. We believe and persevere in keeping all our customers happy. Our success is dependent to an extent, on this factor. Our success is largely due to Customer Loyalty, which is the result of customers developing a trusting relationship with us. From our past 5 years history we hope that our valued Customers will enjoy to the utmost satisfaction the goods that we can ensure will ornate you with a touch of Asian class and elegance.

If we tried to capture our enormous items on paper, it would be thousands of pages and we have copied to a form of DVD for our valued customer to browse our constantly updated products.

The DVD catalog is free but customers have to pay for the flat rate shipping of US$10.00
We will send by Registered Air Mail.

We will make sure that every of our product we sell is individually handpicked to ensure the high standard of quality our valued customers expect of us. We also make sure to scout various markets for the best prices of individual products so as to pass on the savings to our valued customers.

You can see the main size measurements of your item in the item page. However, since every clothing item is different, it is almost impossible to keep track of every distinct measurement of the item. You can always exchange an item with the same CODE NO. for free if it doesn't fit.

Every clothing item comes with a standard US size chart. Simply pick your clothing size as you would if you were ordering from other clothing websites in America. The sizes you see in our size chart refers to actual body size measurements, and NOT clothes sizes. Click here to view our size chart. (Please do the link to our size chart)

For most of our clothing, we do have larger size. Our largest women size goes up to 2XL (US Size) and 3XL (US Size) for men. However, Red Treasure Box will soon offer a customer-made service for some selected designs for our valued customers that could not find the sizes that they need.

We usually offer recommended washing instructions in every clothing item page. If in doubt, for every new clothing, the safest way is to delicately hand-wash your clothing items in cold water.

Due to the handcrafted nature of certain products mainly for Batik, no two items, although in the same category may look exactly the same in design. However, you can get a general idea what to expect by looking at our product pictures. Furthermore, since we hand pick each product individually, you can be sure that we will send you an item that you can be more than satisfied with not to mention their individual uniqueness.

We try to update our website with new products every 2 – 3 months constantly. You can keep up with our new products by visiting our site from time to time by checking out our Latest Arrival sections available in every category. Or you may also subscribe to our newsletter and be updated to the arrival of any new products.

The maintenance of the clothes made of synthetic fiber and blending fabric
Firstly washes it in plain water. Then use the weak basic detergent with the water temperature under 40 degrees centigrade. Dry it by hands gently instead of using washing machine. Straighten the clothes and hang it in cool and well-ventilated places. Don't expose it in the sun. The ironing temperature should not be high (the Fabric containing chloroform: under 70 degree centigrade; the Fabric containing acrylicfibre: under 100 degree centigrade.) If it is a bright-colored fabric, the ironing temperature should be lowered moderately. Don't use much force when ironing the clothes and keep the electric iron moving constantly. Pad is needed to prevent the fabric from softening. (The Fabric containing vinyl on can't be ironed with water) Store it after drying and cooling.

The maintenance of the clothes made of silk
Wash the Fabric and clothes made of silk with neutral detergent. Wash it gently by hand instead of using the washing machine. Dry it in the cool places. Never expose it in the sun. When the clothes are dried practically, iron it with a white cloth pad. The ironing temperature can be a little high but don't squirt water on it in case that watermark will be left. Dry it before you store it. Don't put moth-ball in the light-colored bleached fabric for fear that it will make the fabric yellow.

The maintenance of the clothes made of the cotton
After washing the clothes with the weak basic detergent, rinse it in plain water. Don't brush it forcefully in case that it will pill. Don't expose it in the sun too long. The ironing temperature should not be high. You'd better put a white cloth pad on the clothes when ironing. Store it after drying and cooling.

The maintenance of the clothes made of Wool fabric
Wash it with neutral detergent in the lukewarm water. Don't soak it in the boiling water. Wash it by hands gently. Then dry it in the well-ventilated places. Put a wet pad under when ironing. The Fabric containing chemical fiber shouldn't be high-temperature ironed or ironed repeatedly. When you store it, please keep it dry and moth proof it. You'd better hang it up.

Newly purchased hand-decorated batik must be washed separately first couple of times to wash away excessive dye and wax.

You will notice some colors are being washed away. That is common with hand-dyed batik, and it will stop after a few times washing. Overall, the fabric will become softer when excessive wax has been washed away.

Cotton
Mild detergent with hand wash or gentle machine wash in cool water would be fine. Do not bleach or soak overnight. Drip to dry. Do not wring or twist. Many fabrics lose their strength when wet.
When ironing, use low to medium or moderate temperature setting as the fabric. For better color and surface preserving, use the inner side or wrong-side of fabric as ironing surface. You can also place another cloth on top as ironing surface.

Soft Cotton
Mild detergent with hand wash or gentle machine wash in cool water would be fine. Do not bleach or soak overnight. Drip to dry. Do not wring or twist. Many fabrics lose their strength when wet.
When ironing, use low to medium or moderate temperature setting as the fabric. For better color and surface preserving, use the inner side or wrong-side of fabric as ironing surface. You can also place another cloth on top as ironing surface.

Rayon Fuji
Mild detergent with hand wash or gentle machine wash in cool water would be fine. Do not bleach or soak overnight. Drip to dry. Do not wring or twist. Many fabrics lose their strength when wet.
When ironing, use low to medium or moderate temperature setting as the fabric is light with shiny surface. Wrinkles are easy to remove with ironing, but overheating on a surface which already shiny would be more obvious. For better color and surface preserving, use the inner side or wrong-side of fabric as ironing surface. You can also place another cloth on top as ironing surface.

Silk Chiffon
When sending for dry cleaning, tell them it is made of silk, so that they would treat accordingly or place separately from other garments that could harm your silk.
Silk has high resistance to stain. So, for hand washing, use low quantity mild detergent in cool water. Never use chorine bleach on your silk garments or soak overnight. Drip to dry and never twist or wring. Many fabrics lose their strength when wet.
Use low temperature setting when ironing. For better color and surface preserving, use the inner side or wrong-side of fabric as ironing surface. You can also place another cloth on top as ironing surface.

Silk Habotai

Our website accepts most forms of US based payments. We accept credit cards, checks, money orders and Paypal. Customer will soon be introducing of Wire-Transfers payment.

Our online real-time payment gateway is provided by World pay, who is one of the leading online payment processing companies in the world. The transactions take place in a secure environment (SSL), and we are not informed of any of the card details. We only receive an ok/not ok message from World Pay, indicating the final result of your transaction. These are highly secure, and governed by a 24/7 fraud and support team.
When you use World Pays features for making a payment, you will automatically get an account that you can use to later log in and review all payments made through World Pay. You will also receive a confirmation email from World Pay stating the approval of your card details and online purchase.

Order Information

All stock merchandise will be dispatched for shipment within 2-5 working days of receipt of order. You will be notified via email of any back orders, or other delays in shipping your order.

The total time required would be order processing time plus shipping time. A rough estimate for delivering to any major city in the world would be as below:

Orders with Normal Air Mail Shipment: ~ 14 to 21 working days
Orders with Registered Air Mail Shipment: ~14 to 21 working days
Orders with Speed post Air Parcel Shipment : ~ 9 to 15 working days

We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may go out-of-stock. If we are out-of-stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you via email. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise or have a back-order entered at that time.

Yes. If for some reasons, you do not feel comfortable of creating an account at our website regardless of the obvious benefits and speedy processing for online ordering, you now have the option to place a fax order to us. Simply go to our fax order, fill up the form and fax to us at +65 65696562

Currently, we do not have custom-made order but will be implemented soon. Customers will be informing by newsletter once implemented.

Customer satisfaction is important to all of us at Red Treasure Box. We will ship your merchandise as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for you. An 8% cancellation charge will be imposed to offset the charges of online payment gateways. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped.

Custom Duty Information

We will not be responsible for all export custom duty on our side.

Import custom duty is usually paid by the customer. Red Treasure Box will not be responsible for paying the import duty for you.

For customers who paid by credit card, please note that there may be very slight differences in your credit card statement with the total amount stated in your order invoice due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates from the time your card is charged in US$ currency to the time our bank converts it into Singapore currency (S$).
Wrapping Service Information

We provide three kinds of wrapping service: 1) Standard Wrapping, 2) Gift-Paper Wrapping and 3) Gift-Box Wrapping.

$3 Standard Wrapping: The item is carefully wrapped with combination of packaging materials such as bubble paper, Styrofoam and corrugated cardboard boxes to ensure its safety during delivery, while clothing items are wonderfully wrapped with rice paper.

$5 Gift-Paper Wrapping: This is specially applied to non-clothing items. With a well-select gift card offered free of charge to carry your message if any, we will carefully wrap your specified item with beautiful paper and voile bowknot, or put it in a nice carton box. Your merchandise will then be packed in the way of our standard wrapping service.

$8 Gift-Box Wrapping: This is specially applied to clothing items. A well-select gift card is offered free of charge to carry your message if any, we will carefully wrap your specified item in the elegant gift box with voile bowknots tied outside or in a beautiful gift bag. Your merchandise will then be packed in the way of our standard wrapping service.
Return Information

The best way to arrange for an exchange is to email our staff who will give you correct instructions pertaining to your particular order. Every exchange scenario can be different and there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us. You may email our staff at service@redtreasurebox.com

All products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to its destination. In case of damage during shipment, please file your damage claims to the delivering carrier immediately, and notify us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise by you.

Red Treasure Box guarantees our product to be totally satisfied by you, and is very flexible on our return and refunds policy. However due to certain products that maybe customized to an individual's fitting, we will be unable to offer such perks to our customers.
We allow ALL clothing except for below products not to be returnable/refundable:

- custom-made clothing’s.
- discounted and bargain selection items
- items purchased over 30 working days
- items damaged by improper cleaning method

*NOTE: All unauthorized, "freight to collect" or surface mail returns will be refused and no credit will be issued.

We usually advice customer to email our staff before sending items back to us, as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us. We'll tell you the best way to handle your returns or exchanges and what you can expect from our end. In the event you have to send the items back to us, please contact our exchange department via this address:

In a normal event, the customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us, whereas we shall be responsible for re-shipping exchange items back to you. Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you finalize your order. Please refer to the appropriate size chart information when ordering clothes. Our size charts follow US standards.

You will be eligible for a refund claim within 30 days from the date you placed your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 8% re-stocking fee. This applies ONLY for items purchased at normal retail price. Discounted items or items purchased as part of a special promotion are NOT eligible for cash refunds. For the best arrangement, please email our staff to service your return request.

This is our Company policy set by management. We need to charge a nominal fee in order to offset the cost of order processing and re-stocking.
Order Tracking

Our ordering system immediately emails you a copy of your latest order once you've placed an order through our online order form. You will also receive another email from us in about 4-5 business days to inform you of the status of your order. Please ensure that you are using your correct email account to view your email copy (i.e. the same email address you specified when filling out our online order form).

You should have received an acknowledgement approximately the status of your order in about 4-5 business days after you had placed your order. This message will inform you whether your package has been dispatched or of available options in the rare event that your order cannot be processed. Please ensure that you are using the correct email account to view our acknowledgement email directed to you (i.e. the same email address you specified when filling out our online order form).

We usually need 4-5 working days to process your order before it is shipped out. Once it's shipped, it will take another 14 - 21 working days for your package to arrive at its shipping address. Packages on express deliveries will take about 4 – 5 working days in shipping time to reach the recipient. In the rare event that the recipient faces unexpected delays in receiving our products, this could be due to a customs holdup. These holdups are usually temporary before the goods are re-released to the recipient. The holdups are part of random checks conducted by customs staff to ensure that packages originating from overseas do not contain harmful ammunitions or chemical products. Please allow a grace waiting period of about 1 week if there happen to be cases of such unusual delays. After which, you can always contact us again for help.

Although we offer 4 types of delivery methods, we would suggest delivery by EMS or Registered Parcel to avoid disappointments. In an effort to further your shopping experience with us, Red Treasure Box has decided to protect customers on any loss of packages sent to you via EMS or Registered Post. For registered postings, simply wait 3 months, so we can determine and confirm that the package has been lost, and we will reimburse you a full store credit up to the value of the product that you chose. For EMS deliveries, it may take up to 1 month to claim for reimbursements. We remain as always 100% dedicated to customer service.

* Note: For those who selected 'unregistered' postings as a choice of delivery, Red Treasure Box CANNOT be held accountable for loss of packages caused by your local postal systems.
Lucky Draw Information

You need to purchase any items from Red Treasure Box store.

Red Treasure Box customers are eligible to participate in the monthly Lucky Draw. Simply purchase any items from our store, once you checkout you are prompt to either join our lucky draw. A US$5 will be charged for every lucky draw entered.

The luck draw will be drawing every end of the month. The closing date for each month is on the 27th. The results will be notified in our main page under Lucky Draw section on 5th of the following month.

Winners will be notified by email. You may look out for the result from our main page under Lucky Draw section.
