Returns
Red Treasure Box guarantees the quality of our products as each and every of them are carefully handpicked to satisfy our customers, and then wrapped and packed with utmost care to deliver in the best desirable way. However, we have a flexible returns policy, and if you are not satisfied with the goods you purchased from us, feel free to return or request an exchange. We will accept returns and will grant refund. So please return the goods within 30 days from the date we shipped them to you, and please take note of the following conditions:
  • Goods returned must be unused and therefore 'new'.
  • Items damaged by improper cleaning/washing methods will not be refunded.
  • Items returned after 30 days from the date we shipped, will not be refunded.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • If a customer refuses the shipped items, he will be responsible for the shipping charges.
  •  Red Treasure Box will not be liable for postage charges on returned items.
  • Please fill the Return Form including Order No. and Reason of Return:.
 
 
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased and you would like to exchange them for another item or another size /color, Please contact our customer care consultants before you send the items back to us, as every item has a different exchange scenario and there may be times when we could work together with you to avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us. Customer will be entirely responsible for shipping their items back to us. And please take note that you should send the items that you would like to exchange as 'New'. Besides, if the item that you would like to exchange for were a different price, then you would have to pay for the difference.
 
 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If the items that you received from us are defective, damaged or incorrect (not the item that you ordered), we will send you a replacement once you send us back the defective, incorrect or damaged item. Any damages caused by the wrong cleaning / washing methods or by alterations will not be granted exchanges of refunds.

Please be reminded that shipping fees are not refundable for exchanges and returns.

You will be eligible for a refund claim within 30 days from the date you placed your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 8% re-stocking fee. This applies ONLY for items purchased at normal retail price. Discounted items or items purchased as part of a special promotion are NOT eligible for cash refunds. For the best arrangement, please email our staff to service your return request.
